I've always loved RUI and AAR products, they are by far top notch. I tried cheaper chemicals from other companies and they never had near the potency of RUI. So even if its more expensive I have peace of mind knowing it will work! But more recently they added this "rush processing option" and I'm not a fan of that. Before I ordered products and they would be shipped within a day or 2 with no extra charge, but ever since they added this option for additional charges I can expect to wait over a week for my order to be shipped. I feel as if it could be a ploy to intentionally slow orders down just so people get the rush option. I understand sometimes things get delayed, but there has been a clear cut difference since they added this. But I will continue to get their products because its worth the quality. just a little disappointed (Posted on 7/26/11)

This couldn't have been a more accomodating process. They were quick to answer any questions and in doing so more deeply enforced their professional efficacy within me and my company. The products are top notch, human-grade, and my experiments are more precise because of it. My mice are doing well and showing no adverse side effects.
